beloved dish of foreign gourmets.

INGREDIENTS : |
- 0.5 kg Thai rice noodles called sen chan
- 1 cup of prawns
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon of chopped roast peanuts
- 1 tablespoon of ground dried shrimps
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves
- ? cup of vegetable oil
- Fresh bean sprouts, banana inflorescence and lemon
slices as garnishes

HOW TO COOK : |
1. Scald the noodles in boiling water and drain them
before cooking.
2. Fry the minced garlic in oil until it becomes light
brown.
3. Add the prawns.
4. Season with fish sauce, sugar and tomato ketchup.
5. Stir-fry until the prawns are cooked.
6. Add the beaten eggs and noodles and stir-fry until
the noodles are brown.
7. Add bean sprouts and stir for a few minutes.
8. Remove from heat and pour the noodles on dishes for
serving.
9. Springkle the ground dried shrimps and chopped roast
peanuts.
10. Garnish the dishes with bean sprouts, lemon slices,
chopped spring onion, banana inflorescence and coriander
leaves.
